GYM WEAR : please wear while working out for best maximized results. Add a sweating cream to your stomach area and sides. Best to use a plastic wrap to wrap your stomach then put on your trainer so you aren't messing up the inside material.
 
CASUAL WEAR : while out and about you can wear this trainer between 2 - 6 hours or 2 - 8 hours. If you start to feel uncomfortable please take the trainer off and take a break.
